Alumni Travel to Tuscany - May 21 - 30, 2009

Experience the breathtaking beauty of Italy with fellow Mason alumni while enjoying 2 nights in Rome and 6 nights in Florence, including tours of Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, and the Tuscan wine country! Free time is also provided to shop and explore on your own. The cost is $3,952 per person for double occupancy ($750 single supplement) and includes: round-trip international airfare from Washington DC, tours and guides, hotels, breakfast, transfers, museum entrances and guided tours, welcome dinner and farewell dinner at a Florentine castle.

The itinerary is as follows:

May 21, 2009-- Depart Dulles
May 22 -- Arrive Rome
Guided tour, welcome dinner, free time in Rome
May 24 -- Train to Florence
May 25 -- Tour of Florence, daytrip to Pisa
May 26 -- Guided tour of Uffitzi Gallery
May 27 -- Daytrip to Siena and San Gimignano
May 28 -- Guided tour of Tuscan wine country
May 29 -- Free time in Florence, farewell dinner in a castle
May 30 -- Return flight to Dulles

Free time is also provided to shop and explore on your own.

A $250 deposit is due by December 1, with final payment due January 30, 2009.
