Once you graduate you are automatically an alumnus and member of the Alumni Association. Once a patriot, always a patriot! Just make sure you keep your contact information up-to-date with our online directory. If we don’t know how to contact you, we can’t tell you about events, activities, and benefits.
If you move, let us know. Log-in to the directory to provide your email or home address and employment information. You can also search for fellow alumni by region or professional interest.
Official transcripts can be ordered from the Registrar online. If you need help recalling your G Number for either of these requests, call us at 703-993-8696.
When we host events around the country (or even in Virginia), we email based on your zip code. If we know how to contact you, we can tell you about events, activities, and benefits. Regional clubs gather around the country and we’re looking for leaders in additional cities. The Alumni Association is on Facebook and TwitterLinkedIn provides a great network of alumni in various cities as well.
We partner with several companies to provide discounts on everything from banking and insurance to campus facilities and Mason swag. More importantly, the Alumni Association is your lifelong connection to your alma mater and the greater alumni community. Many alumni find the greatest benefit by getting involved with a chapter or a club.
Forever! Register before you graduate and you can access HireMason indefinitely for free. Exclusively for the Mason community, HireMason is a free job search engine available to alumni. Students and alumni can log in to HireMason using their PatriotPass credentials. If you cannot gain access to HireMason, University Career Services would be happy to assist you. Please call our office at (703) 993-2370, and we can begin the process to grant you access to your account. This process may take up to 7-10 business days.
Alumni are welcome to attend job fairs, workshops, panels, events, and informational sessions hosted by Career Services throughout their career, free of charge. Recent graduates may see their counselor or advisor for six months after graduation at no cost. After six months, there is a three session limit and an hourly fee for one-on-one sessions.
Alumni who graduated after Dec 2010 have continued access to lifetime MASONLIVE email. You should access your account directly from the Microsoft's Office 365 website. The University cannot provide email accounts for alumni who graduated before 2010.
Volunteer your time and talent with the Alumni Association. Tell us what volunteer opportunities would be most meaningful for you.

Make a gift to Mason and make a difference for the next generation of Patriots.
