Scholarships

The George Mason University Alumni Association is committed to engaging students throughout their academic career to form a stronger bond with the university and the alumni body. The Alumni Association sponsors four student scholarships, which are awarded annually and represent a significant financial committment by the Alumni Association. If you are able to support these scholarships with a donation, please do so by giving online.

Scholarship recipients are recognized at the annual, campus-wide scholarship reception.

• John C. and Louise P. Wood Undergraduate Scholarship ($2,500)

• John C. and Louise P. Wood Graduate Scholarship ($2,500)
• Peter Forame Student Leadership Scholarship ($2,500)
• The George Mason University Alumni Association Service Scholarship ($2,500)

The next set of scholarships will be awarded for the 2012-13 academic school year. Applications are available online and in the Office of Alumni Affairs. The deadline to submit an application is February 6, 2012.
