Chapter Request Details

Single Chapter Funding Request – $400 is the full amount a single chapter may request in one fiscal year (July 1-June 30).

Collaborative Chapter Funding Request – an additional $100 in funding each fiscal year is available if the funds are being used collaboratively with another chapter (e.g. chapters co-hosting an event for both of their respective constituencies). The conditions of this collaboration include the following:

– Members of all participating chapters are involved in planning and execution of programming/event.
– The program is co-branded equally for participating chapters.
– The program is advertised actively for all participating chapter constituencies.

Chapter and Collaborative Funding Request – this request is for both the $400 (amount a single chapter may request in one fiscal year July 1-June 30) and the $100 in funding to be used collaboratively with another chapter (e.g. chapters co-hosting an event for both of their respective constituencies). For a total one time request of $500. The conditions of collaborating include the following:

– Members of all participating chapters are involved in planning and execution of programming/event.
– The program is co-branded equally for participating chapters.
– The program is advertised actively for all participating chapter constituencies.

New Chapter Creation – a one time request of $400 to be used to open a foundation account for a newly created Alumni Chapter to support it’s operations and event expenses.

After receiving the new chapter creation funding, the chapter would only be eligible to request the $100 collaborative funding during the fiscal year.
