Mondays in June: A Continuing Talk on Race

On Monday, June 1 the John Mitchell Jr. Program for History, Justice, and Race began an ongoing virtual townhall series for in-depth conversations on antiracism. Over 750 guests registered for the first event with Tim Wise and a recording is available for viewing here.

Statement Condemning White Supremacy

 

Our hearts are heavy to see that black and brown communities across the United States, which have already been bearing a disproportionate loss of life during the global pandemic, continue to suffer from the terror caused by the white supremacy embedded in the history and institutions of our nation.

 

We mourn George Floyd. We mourn Ahmaud Arbery. We mourn Breonna Taylor.

Mason's Career Services is offering its first virtual job fair on June 18 (12-5 p.m.) and June 19 (10 a.m.-3 p.m.) for students and alumni. Employers' virtual booths will open two weeks before the fair with available jobs and internships, company-branded videos, recruitment materials and Q&A sessions. Register by June 15.
